What to Expect

Our process is designed to be simple and supportive:

  1. Fill out our interest form to share your needs and availability.
  2. Our intake coordinator connects you with the best-fit clinician.
  3. You’ll set up a secure profile and complete intake forms online.
  4. Your clinician will follow-up to schedule your initial assessment!

We accept Aetna, Highmark, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).

Unfortunately, we do not accept Independence, Keystone, or Personal Choice plans.

However check with your insurance directly as they may offer partial out-of-network reimbursement by submitting an Atrellis invoice after each session.

Don’t want to go through insurance? No worries, you can also pay out of pocket.

We keep our waitlist short to reduce added stress. Clients on the waitlist are typically offered an intake appointment within 1-2 months. Once the waitlist fills, new inquiries are placed on the standby list. When spots open, we contact those on the standby list to confirm if they still need services before moving them to the waitlist.

Except in rare circumstances, we require consent from both parents for all clients under 18. Although Pennsylvania law allows anyone 14 or older to consent to their own treatment, we find that involving all parents and caregivers creates the strongest foundation for therapy. In cases of separation or divorce, we require consent from all active caregivers.

Sometimes the best support comes from experts who specialize in specific challenges. If you’re walking the line of divorce, we often suggest discernment counseling or individual therapy to help you find clarity before beginning relational work.

For high-conflict separations or court-related situations like custody evaluations, guardian ad litem, or co-parenting support, we’ll recommend you to work with other professionals who have the specialized experience to guide you through those complex moments.

Special Note on Telehealth: Therapy takes place where the client is physically located during each session. Because of this, all clinicians must be licensed in the state where the client is located at the time of the session.

Also due to the developmental needs of our younger clients, our clinicians will not meet remotely with anyone under the age of 13.
